Started to align the right hand rear wing, tophat side rail and fuel tank cover panel, had to walk away (went back the next evening ) and had to walk away again. some wicked corrosion/earlier repairs mean I'll have to do more delightful cutting and welding  Weather's nice at the moment so the tent's not a bad place to be, might get it back on the road 2018

A bracket has been welded onto the old traverse beam.

On the intermediate X member also.

ImageP1000351 by Robndaisy, on Flickr

Clamped at the top.

ImageP1000344 by Robndaisy, on Flickr

lots of room this side.

ImageP1000352 by Robndaisy, on Flickr

a bit tight this side.
I'm lining up the rear wing and the fuel tank cover and trying to get the best fit.

I wondered if anyone had a photo of what it should look like. The tank seems to have diesel in it. Doesn't leak though :)

Took pick up pipe off to find what was rattling. Strainer not there but this was.

ImageP1000362 by Robndaisy, on Flickr

Strange thing made out of strange stuff.

ImageP1000364 by Robndaisy, on Flickr

Filled tank with water, just in case!, and welded lug back on. Ready for more football now.
