Oof! that's how it was in those days when the Flamers were everywhere in Europe, except over here :)

Just remembered that I haven't set the timing with a strobe
I have a 12 volt battery to power the light, is the setting the same as a 602 :?:

According to the Haynes book of lies, dynamic is 12-17° @ 1000.

My self, I would be looking at setting it at about 32-34° at max advance and not worry about idle.

Thanks for that :) .
Looking forward to Registers Day on Saturday June 1st at Coombe Abbey Country Park in Warwickshire, only 120 miles from here; Daisy will be back from Portugal so I've got a navigator which will save me having to buy a GPS and using a 12 volt battery to maintain it. If any of you lot are there, come and say hello and we can laugh at the flamer together  .

Is there a registers day this year! For some reason, I thought there, was neither registers or national! However, there is the Citroen centenary.
