You can buy an M20x1.5 bolt and give it a pointed or rounded end. Than you have your dynamo puller.

In an ideal world  we would drive it to Portugal, register it there and live on Daisy's land in the old house we're trying to bring back to life https://daisynrob.wordpress.com/ and probably do some airbnb or whatever it took to bring a bit of money in, gardening etc. for the ex pats. 'cos there's no chance of getting work in Nature Conservation over there!
If that doesn't happen it will have to stay here in Wales with us and I'll have to stop it rusting away :).
I'm too tall for it though, waiting for Ken to send me the plans for 'stretching it' ;) .

Wow !
I like that.
It is great when you can bring an old house back to life again.
Once we thought of an old house ( ruin) in France, but because of my work I could not spend weeks on end rebuilding a house in France.
We were only a couple of times away on holiday , the last 30 years.
The holidayhouse we have now needs some renovation, but most important is a good heating system.
Here is only one wood burning stove, and it is old and needs desperate replacement.

It should drain the windscreen bay. Can try to poke it open with a wire. Instead of the original plastic tube that is usually cracked by age. You can put in an bit of that transparant (green)tube they use in aquariums. I fits on the inner tube and is thick enough to close up the outer hole.
If you are not replacing the vent flap rubber you can temporarly close the cracks with black acrylic kit. Mine does hold up since 3 years now...

you could park it in a tent in your garden and do the paint and marine oil work to it! ;)

Rob,
only just spotted this advert on a FB group, so rather short notice, but if you know anyone in or near the Wirral, it might be worth grabbing this collection of bits...
The vendor is a long-time 2CV type, a name I recognise from years ago.
