I put a (broom)stick between pedal and steering wheel..

First I put pressure on the brakepedal with my foot and then put the broomstick between pedal and steeringwheel with the brakes pressurised.. Then you can bleed the brakes over and over again.. Dont forget to check the brakefluid level otherwise you can start over..

Also you need to adjust the pen from the pedal which goes into the masterbrake cilinder, so that you have only very little play.. No play at all is not good otherwise the brakepressure cant release..

Good luck..

And always start with bleeding the right rear brake; left rear brake; right front brake; left front brake (so from farest away to nearest by to the mbc)...

Have you correctly adjusted the brakepads, so that they are just kissing the drums.. (and no I dont mean a French one). Just a gentle touch.. only hearable and no friction..

Thanks Geo, all very good advice :)
I will inspect the pin from the pedal lever to the master cylinder and find out how much clearance there is.
Having fitted new droop stops, I'm setting the tie rods for first set up: the flamer is definately going back onto it's wheels today.

I've known a few Witches in my time  , when they left they took their brooms with them  .

I gave a witch a lift once!
I know she was a witch because she put her hand on my knee, and I turned into a laybye ......
