You would have found out on the Internet if you took the time for it :

"Question, is this normal for a '50's Citroen. I don't have any experience of how the Scintex flasher/timer is supposed to be."
In my opinion this was normal in those days.
It has its charm, i would keep it as it is.
Nice work !

One and a bit reels of the 4.0mm.(£30.00 +VAT and about a reel of the 1.5mm.(£22.50 + VAT, lovely cable, real quality). Loads of these http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/s ... -terminals and these https://www.ecas2cvparts.co.uk/-c-69_92.html (look good but flamin' awkward to install neatly.
Last and not least, thanks to Derek who recommended this book by Piet Olyslager.

Pure gold 8-)
I've never done re-wiring before this fxxxer (and I don't want to do it again for a while) but if you're going to, early A series have to be the easiest, IMHO.

With Daisy away down the Algarve way, you've got to keep your strength up if you want to finish a project. My version local of a cassoulet(not Gin based) :) .
Van will be back on the ground soon, so to try and avoid repeated jackings, what's a good preliminary setting for the tie rods, longitudinally:?: :?: I have 5 litres of fuel on board and the spare wheel.
