Got myself a refurb body shell as the current item is very tired.

Now to cut a big hole in the lower bulkhead for the prop shaft :)

Old Body Shell....
Low bulkhead and boot and the following.

Added some good Zintec to the hole with some average welds

The holes have an advantage, they won't rust... ;-)

Covered with Primer and Seam Sealer looks reasonable :)
Added a kg or Two as the metal is 1.5mm where as the original is 1.2mm or less.
