Now had another wood job. But on that same door. The T-profile that goes around the edge. It turned out that it wasn't a straight T but the vertical part was at an angle. It turned out i forgot that i saved the old door and did see the sides of that were cut out to fit that T-profile in. So now i had to cut that angle around the door. Then i have to form the profile to fit the door. A lot of work. But it is fitted now after 3 evenings. To complicate the matter the door is curved in 3 directions.

Well the door fits the opening in the car's body. But it seem it has a slight different curve than the body. I have to check with a good lamp to see if it touches somewere. Door catch and hinges stille have to put in.

The door fits well now after i did remove some wood of the edge. The door catch still has has to be put in, as you can see i have to remove some metal as the lock is lower than the place reserved in the body.
