On the other hand it is good, now the salt is flushed from the roads , and the plants finally get some water . :D

Yes the garden and the pond need some water.. It's still snowing but is doesn't ssem to stay on the ground for now.

I drive the green 57 since 2 weeks now and very strange i am getting a lot of positive reactions from the people on the sidewalks. Before no one paid attention. ;-))
Is the 2cv getting rare?

Mine literally has people standing around it when it's parked. I had a hair cut the other day and three people gathered outside to admire the car. I get pictures taken of me on the motorway too. I've got used to it now, lol.

One of my two claxons stopped working. After measuring it turned out there was no power coming to it. So i took the switch of. The second finger wasn't making contact. I wanted to bend it a bit in but in doing that the pertinax bottom plate slid in a bit and now it was closer to the stalk. And the meter reacted. Claxon in and yes we had noise again. It was the route version, the ville one was working nice. It's rather noisy with both horns blaring.

I was checking the oil level and dit see some oil on the firewall. Thought the oil filler flange was leaking. But when i took it apart i did see the oil was coming from the breather rubber. So i cleand everything up, put the filler tube back with some loctite blue and put a jubilé clip on the rubber. See how it works out.
