Did a bit cleaning on the gearbox and changed the oil. The old one was rather black. I did fit the centrifugal clutch back after mixing old and new parts. In the new box the clutch plate was stuck to the mecanism. After welding the exhaust it is almost ready to go back in the car.

Did put the gearbox and engine back in. Couldn't get the driveshafts in. Will have to take them out of the hubs. Also wiring is hooked up again. Still have do the braking system. But as it started raining i called it a day.

On the green 57 the rear light cut out driving to work. On the parking i fiddled a bit with the wiring under the bonnet en they came on again. Drove home and turning on to the parking they cut out again. So i took the left wing of because there are the 2 connectors between wing and body. And yes one connector had come loose. So i cleaned them up and fixed them together with 3 tywraps. All working again. ;-)
