Did put a set of very rare 1967 gala wheel rings on the blue. It will only be for an oldtimer meeting tomorrow. Looks nice but they are to rare and to fragile to let them on there for daily use...

Yes very good, in entering there were just 2 places left, the whole museum areal was packed with old cars and motorcycles. The other oldtimer meeting that takes place in an neigbouring town on the same day usually wasn't this year so all those cars came too. |

Did swop to the 57 again. Cleaned out the carb, put some fresh fuel in it and Vrooom the thing started up after some 8 months of sleep. Those old beasts are really great. Did find a nice 50's Philips Troublelite in a tin can, for 5 euros. It goes in the 57, as it now has the 60s version of this lamp in plastic.

I drove the 57 almost for a week to work and around the area, fuel consumption 3 litres...
