The new is driving better day by day. It has to drive in again after many years off standstill i think.

latest problem the handbrake came loose of the parcel shelf. No good idea for a car with centrifugal clutch. :o
Problem resolved by an extra steel plate formed and bolted to the shelf and handbrake fixture...

I wFunnily enough my '57 AZU has a standard clutch. Don't know why unless the gear box was changed at some point but I don't think it was.

azu's always have had the normal clutch...that was only for the "luxury" cars like the AZL.

After some measurements and test i did get the light in the indicator switch working. Previous owner took the bimetals out and turn + and - around and connected everything up to a flasher relay. But he forgot to earthen the bulb in the switch ;-)
