Brilliant. I had this with a red Ferrari 308 once. My red Deuche had a big Ferrari sticker on the small window then too :)

Snow was falling more and more all this day. Had to drive slowly home after cleaning up the 57. But weather radar did say it was dry all day...???

This is how i felt running home yesterday, also the champ of vision from the windscreen was exact like this. The speedo driven wipers clean an always smaller area. They are not strong enough to move all the collecting snow after a while.

I've been caught in snow on long journeys of 250 miles a few times in the Deuche. Funny isnt it. It was great actually, apart from the tiny view, but the other main problem was having to stop to clear the headlamps! The light getting dimmer and dimmer....

All of a sudden, headlamp wipers you see on cars made perfect sense.

But is great to drive the thing in difficult conditions. A few years ago my Landrover broke down and i had to take the 83 2cv to drive in the snow. I was very bad that year but the 2cv with wintertyres clawed itself through anything . Great, even better if you see big expensive cars get stuck... ;-)

Half an hour before going to work this morning it started to snow rather heavy. It was fun to crawl over the snow covered streets to work. On the way home the car was full of icicles. I turned into my parking space at home. Look at the dimples blown in the snow by the exhaust under the car. You can see it was running almost at idle speed.. ;-)
