Between Builth Wells and Rhayader, near a small village called Llanwrthwl, -9 degrees at the moment, predicted -14 (we had -17 back in 2010) should go and live in the Algarve really.

Re: AZL 1957
Was looking for an km trip indicator. But the prices for old or NOS are rediculous. As i was looking in my cellar in an box of old parts i found this counter (from an post stamp machine). I did put it on an aluminium strip and hung it on the 57 dash. Works well and looks fun. I did run abour 120kms on 5 litres. Also i found an nice french radio from the 60s but it has to cleaned because it is a bit crackly in sound.

Re: AZL 1957
Had a head light cutting out today, the old bulb was burned white form the inside. Did put a new bulb in but the result stayed the same. So after coming home i did some measuring. All wires had current so tested the bulbs on the battery charger and yes the replacement bulb was dead too. So i had to put in a replace-replacement one and now there was light again !!

Re: AZL 1957
Came to the supermarket today and on the parkinglot at one side the only car parked there was a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow in the same color as my 57 deuche. So i parked it next to that one. Shame i had no camera with me. When i came out of the store the Rolls owner was admiring the 2cv
