 Re: AZL 1957
This morning we had snow, the 57 did ok. But climbing the hill to center of the city was a bit tricky. The snow had fallen on frozen ground so it was icy underneat. The climbing speed did almost get stable but the engine revs were changing constantly according to the amount of grip i had. Tyres aren't so good anymore. But i can't mount the 125x15 winter tyres as they won't fit with the bigger batteurs and the greasing nipple under the kingpins.

 Re: AZL 1957
I hate that feeling.
I did once buy some Michelin winter tyres for the front of the car and put them on some spare wheels. Lovely tyres, the few times I've used them. So soft and grippy.
I have those winter tyres I can easily put on, and a set of chains I've never used. In theory it's the unstoppable car haha.

 Re: AZL 1957
As the car is loosing brake fluid and the right front brake drum was a bit wet i thought the leak was there. I took it completly apart but is was only very dusty. So i did have a look around under the car. It turned the leak was in the rear back drum. But as i didn't have the 44 nut at home and no new rear brake shoes i will repair it an other time. But i have some 8 new boxed rear brake cylindres on stock...

 Re: AZL 1957
This pictures turned up yesterday. My old 2cv4 in a carnaval parade years ago. Theme France. It's towing a big double axle trailer. Me and Geo in the car the rest of the 20 man group walking. A while, at some stage the were all seated on the trailer. The car pulled it easy.
