 Re: 2 2cv Raid Now these parts i have found, are from 8 different car. I do not have at least one part i need. I have new white 2cv 6 white roof and the body will be 2cv 4, so i need that metal front thing to open the roof. That will be 9th part...

Re: 2 2cv Raid They have changed the car since 2001 looks like its got the Kommanichis cast off front end
look up"Peter Pan Productions" as they are the guys that organised the Raid some good photos on the website
Also "Deuch-Wear" have some great photos too as they seem to do all the raids
You have to be on a well supported raid with a car like that. On Maroc 01 there was 4 toyotas and a 4x4 military lorry with full workshop facilities, trouble is the lorry driver got lost and we only saw him for 1 day out the whole raid and thats cause we were lost too and just stumbled upon him going in the opposite direction!

Re: 2 2cv Raid That is not for the Raid... Just have some parts to do car like that. Here in Finland it might be difficult to get it registered, but i will try anyway.  Just for fun. The Raid car is going to be just a 2CV with some strenged parts...

Re: 2 2cv Raid Made another tailgate or what u call it. It is the same blue colour than the doors. Put two hooks to it and need more wood for it. Pics later. Put some nice stickers to it.  From 1999 WM...

Re: 2 2cv Raid So the papers say brown, but i´m gonna use these blue parts and red body with some white parts like back wings and roof and those small triangle parts beside the hood, which is brown. Maybe i paint some brown parts Now i have 2 back doors, blue and that brown/red one. 3rd is going to be white. It is light blue now. So i can chance it´s look quite quick.

Re: 2 2cv Raid At the Most i asked my friend, if he still have the 2cv4 body i´m after. Yes he has. So i ordered AK floors. Yesterday i found better back doors. They are allso blue, so no need to paint them.
