As writtten in an other topic, I accidentally bought (another) 2CV.
I have had several 2CV's, but for the latest five years none drivable.
And I still do not.
The car is a "one owner", delivered in june 1970.
The combination of new rear panel(?), old door handles and rectangular front indicators makes it a bit rare.
This constellation was for only four months.
It needs a bit of work, but I will keep the "scruffy" look.

A little later than my usual preferences, but I'm rather taken with that car, it's quite charming.

That is lovely! There is a man in England with many new rectangle indicators - he wants £50 a pair for them. I will try and find his details.

And it DO need indicators. The only thing left is the glasses.

Is it originally French?

Nope.
I bought it from The first (Danish) owner.
They got it June 4th 1970, and drove it for 21 years.
It has been in garage until last year.
But it was very easy to roll on the trailer. The brakes had not rusted together.
Even the engine can turn.

I love the way the original red color has faded!
