Re: 87 sh*troen Most of the fuel line is plastic which should be fine. Usually a small length of steel tubing by the chassis front nearside. It's the rubber bits which fail.

Re: 87 sh*troen it did run on them pipes, always took a few turns to start if left for a few days, think this might explain it!!!!
