Re: My 2CV AZL 1966 16HP-Tomos Interesting little thing ! @ Vasil: Are the front-indicators original, or are they later mounted? And what about the taillights, are they original? Nice car , lots of work though

Nice car , lots of work though This oval front indicators are original Tomos mounted in 65 -66 ... until 70. In that time Tomos was selling two types of 2CV - AZL and AZAM . Azam had nothing to do with French AZAM. It was just normal AZL with AZAM front indicators. So same car - two different prices ... common thing in that time... This oval indicators on Vasil-s 2CV was produced in Saturnus factory (Saturnus was producing front lights for Dyane from 1967 - 1985) and this indicators was universal for many other vehicles produced in YU (TAM, IMV, FAP, agricultural tractors IMT,etc) So, for Tomos 2CV this oval front indicators in considered as original . Back lights are not tomos or anyway original... it is for trailer or some other use.

Re: My 2CV AZL 1966 16HP-Tomos Yesterday finaly got some work done on my 2CV Thanks to Neil for the spot weld drill i drilled out the spots  Then put a tube in the pillar and welded in the new C-pillar that i made my self
