front brakes off, strip clean and new seals will be the next job...

Heres my progress today on the brakes, after trying to push the pistons out with air I gave up at 6bar! next step was hydraulic power so machine a -3/-3 an fitting to a -3/m8x1.25 fitting to allow me to fit some hoses to the hydraulic pump. 4-5 pumps and out each piston popped.

Aswell as the brake refurb I have found a little time to progress the engine conversion.
Also attached a pic of the co-ordinates should any of you need them for the bmw crank/flywheel PCD.

Thanks Fritz, calipers painted now so will fit New seals and get them on the car. Also have a Morris minor so splitting my time between projects.

Back to caliper rebuilding today, They are now painted and spent some time cleaning the surfaces and getting the grooves for the new seals nice and clean. Just waiting on a delivery of LHM fluid so that I can install the new seals and pistons then refit to the car.. Another job closer to the MOT before I do the BMW engine swap.

Longest ever caliper build!!! finally got them back together today with new seals..
