My son made some parts himself ˝just for fun ˝:

And with some newly bought replacement parts it all comes nicely together :

My AZ dates from june 1965, so it could be issued with 3 side windows, or with 2 on each side.
This one has original 3 side windows, but we decided to convert it to 2.
Now i have a question.
The place of indicator on the side near the rear door differs in these two cases.
What i need to know is where the indicator should be located when the car only has two side windows .
Could someone please measure the distance from the rearside of the B pillar , and the distance from the bottom of the sill, or bottom rear wing to the central hole where the indicator is positioned ?

Many thanks in advance

Hi Geert same position as the earlier cars. I can measure that for you. Maybe this pictures will help too?

Many thanks !

Dag Geert, The middle hole is 34cm up from the innerwing and 10cm (horizontaly) from the rear door frame. Both measured from the inside. Diameter 1 cm.

Before spraying the body, we put it together for the test. Now we come across a small problem.
How is that little clamp on the back of the rear mudguards fixed ? We tried to fix it,but we can't get it fixed properly .

It normally is hammered on from the bottom. Think of fitting the aluminum lining between wing and body first.
Here an interesting catalogue for you with also the later 18HP models
