At last !!!!!!
The workshop is ( almost ) empty.
Only a small Mazda 323 in the corner, but I am finally able to continue the work on the AZ .
I disassembled the car again , finished up some minor things that we had left on the chassis ( break line , fuel line, etc. ), and now I will finish off the body.
First I took on the RH front door, and I have a question about that.
The bottom part ( outside ) is very bad , from down upwards about 2 cm , the inside is fine. I have a spear door which is bad on the top, it is bend at the window-part .
What is the best way to replace the bad bottom part with the good part of the spear-door?
I shall try to upload some pictures, but I don 't know if I manage to do so.

Failed to upload the pictures, I have to have a new flickr account to do so.
I can't login.

Maybe try to open the flange, but i think it's also spot welded.
Sand blast the edge and fill it up with lead filler. But you need to find someone that knows how to fill it with lead/tin. (Smeertin)
