We made some progress last weekend ;
By my brother made sheet metal, with old, rusted part and cardboard template.
It is for sale in every 2CV parts store, but it is more fun to make it yourself .

It is from Lidl, it does what it should do, but only up to 1 mm !
For the money it costs it is oke, there are far better tools , but it is oke.

In photo of shell https://flic.kr/p/K7qJhS I see you have bearings fitted where pedals go through bulkhead can I ask where you got them from

The floor panel came from "Der Franzose " ( CiPeRe for France ) Complete with the bushes you are refering to :

plancher sous pédales, Citroën 2cv avec pédales rondes, plancher double avec palier de passage des pédales, refabrication, tôle renforcée et traitement anti-rouille par électrolyse. Avec deux douilles en alliage pour le passage de la commande d'embrayage et des freins.
