As the project was previously co-owned by me and my brother, some repairwork was not the quality i had in mind.
My son is a perfectionist , everything has to be as best as possible without any reservation.
So we have redone some previous work and replaced more panels than was done before.
Anyway, it is now being done properly , although it will take longer to finish the whole project , especially when other things come in between , like our Mitsubishi Pajero ( Shogun ) which is still being restored , but as it is sitting in the open ( it does not fit in our garage properly , it is about 5,5 meters long and our garage is 6 meters ) , it is not always possible to work on that , because of weather conditions.
Plus there is some work we do on the house and garden , and then he has a job , which demands long days even during weekends .
The project will be finished , but it will take some time.
Next winter we will address the engine, which doesn't run smoothly, I am afraid it is the crankshaft , but we found a person , privatly, who could be able to fix this .
His hobby is refurbishing ancient crankshafts, camshafts and complete engines.
We only want to have him the crankshaft and eventually the camshaft done , the other things we are able to do ourselves .
