the carburettor mechanism is unbelievable, a motorcycle cable between the 2 cabs, about half a mile long

Interesting pics, thanks. I've never really looked closely at a Sahara before, is everything that is unique to Saharas in good condition?

No real probs, needs new floorboards, engine overhaul etc. all the usual after 40 yrs in a shed. Sahara parts OK except rubber for driveshafts, (we found new ones) and rubber seals for holes in doors for filling pipes (thus far impossible to locate but not really essential)
Even one original new Michelin tyre with AW code left!
