Cheers guys! i think it looks good!.
He has gone in for his MOT today so i cant drive him for a while.
Hopefully he will get through with not too much fuss, needs a bit of welding on the sill where the rear seat belt tried its best to destroy my car.

Well the time has come,im going to have to say goodbye to my bonnet  . As keeps the hinge getting worse on it , And we snagged a £22 replacement off ebay, which just needs collecting from loughborough

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Citroen-2CV-Car-B ... 2ea90de0ca

It seems good enough for £22

Got the bonnet on on saturday. Its in quite good condition for £22 a couple of dents, but the hinge and stricker plate is rust free, so no more meccano . Was tempted to put on a french accent and keep the number plate on but dont think that would have worked so its gone onto my shelf of 2cv tat :) .
Here are a couple of pics.

Thats the one :)

My first A series (16 years ago) was a jade green dyane. I still have her, now awaiting ressurection. It might become a sidewinder, not sure yet.
