No -
Well, I have some 300 paper that I have been using. As I said, this is the first time so should I get some wet ones and what difference are they.

Trouble is finding out where to buy it from :?

Used with water that has a little soap added stops the papers from clogs up,which gives a smoother finish and as the water acts as a lubricant makes the job easier. You also keep the dust down as well, th only drawback is having water in contact with any bare steel will promote a little rust.

You should be able to get it at any DIY like Leroy Merlin :P

ah OK - That is no problem.

I just bought a new spray gun from Bricorama and tried that out with my primer and found it was a lot easier and better than the can I have been using (and finishing in no time).

The final paint is not the same colour at all as the what is on there but I will just try and blend it in with a bit of T Cut. As I said, this is just a quick tidy up over all the patches of grey primer the last guy left on.

Oh and I have just put the company logos on the side too :D

Primer is easier to spray than the final paint.
That is my experience. But it really is fun ,having your van painted by yourself !
Good luck !
I still have some problems with my first paintjob, the paint does not shine , but I will polish next summer .
The result is Oké, but I want it better .

I was looking at the brakes while I have the wings off. I found a part of the surface of the shoe missing but it is exactly the same on both sides of the car. It doesn't look normal but the shoes are identical i.e the missing surface area matches both sides (inside shoe, outside shoe is complete on both sides) - is this OK, normal.

Had a look on the parts sites and theirs look complete (surface wise)

I did the breaks of my van , the new shoes where the same as your's are, so I thought there was some material missing, but as I removed the old shoes , I saw they were exactly the same as the new ones.
So your shoes are oke.
