not yet! iv been busy haha, iv done a fast study to get 3 tig welding certificate's and busy with other peoples junk. and a lack of motivation doesnt help.

after next week i will be working on the beast again! some big plans are going on. [well plans for later] haha thanks to louis, i want to put a alfa engine in it with a supercharger on it of course. but also it needs to be rear wheel driving for donuts and smokey tires haha.

but first i need to weld it back together and start driving again. and then start building a new chassis.

this is how far i am at the moment.

the bonnet is almost done. the firewall and floorboard are done. next thing will be getting the rear done. and then the window frame.

well lets hope i can find enough motivation to get it done!

its only 10cm haha it doesnt look that wide yet, but with the widened fenders andso it should look nice i hope!

yea i know, that was my goal but loads of stuff came in the way of that. i can make it to get it there but then it would be only primed. and i need to work like a maniac haha.

and also alot of work to make the fenders fit the body right! with a small panel gap

its from a corsa c, well not so much is involved in the fitting. only to get it fit and add power to it.


im finally working on the monster again!

first iv removed the rear, cause then seem easier. instead of fixing it up to fit the new body.

no need for wider fenders, haha came out a bit different then planned.
wheels are 10cm widened to the outside. and the body is widened 10cm in the center so 5 on each side. hmms maby going for even wider wheels then.

what do you guys think? wider wheels in the back? i know have 225 for the back but maby 275 then orso?

don't underestimate the extra drag wider wheels will give! also with low weight and wide tyres you'll have less grip! I'd keep the fenders as stock as possible, and make the car in a way that people say, hmmm I can see it is cusomised but there is something else that has been changed....

I also say don't go big with the back tyres. I think it is silly to have back tyres bigger than the fronts on any car that is front wheel drive.
