Re: My A series Road Car MOT Passed its MOT but had to have 3 attempts for Emissions (tweaked the mixture) to get a Pass! Attachment:

Re: My A series That's funny. Had the same emission problem for the first time in 7 years. Took 3 or 4 'fiddles' to pass the test.
Interestingly it was only when the person running the test changed that it passed. I couldn't see any evidence of carb adjustment and the readings went from epic fail to easily passing. Maybe the tester has a greater effect than the gas analyser!
