No, they did a bare-bones 4 Spesh alongside the "normal" 4 and 6 in the '70s.

Cedrat only, four-light, round lights - all the "normal" cars were six-light and square lights.

Yes and no - officially called 2CV Special. It was a 2CV4, fitted with the smaller engine, but not
called 2CV4. It was distinctive because of the missing two windows and was only available in
1976 and only in jaune cedrat and rouge de rio - and had no squares.

Here is a decent picture of the yellow 2CV Spécial as it would
look like after restoration (taken at Most). It's not my car, but
I hope to get the same result. ;-)

And to make the story complete: I just dismantled my old Acadiane,
which looked like this. It was beyond repair... :(
