Spanners,
will drop it in with Steve on Tuesday on the way through town for an MOT test.

In the meantime, is this of any use?
I can think of easier ways to graft on a replacement front end, but you never know... ;)

Thanks very much for the lump of chassis Ken, I shall commence cutting and welding as time allows.......

In other news, I've had one of "those" days today, where you look at the last 12 months of motoring etc.

Well, looking through photos, I realised the last 12 months hadn't been too kind on the Ami!

That last pic, Mr Clewer - I can (almost) forgive the VW van, but what... is... that... black... thing...?

Good thinking admin team, apologies for cluttering, didn't measure twice and cut once there !

Talking of measuring and cutting, Unfortunately yesterday whilst looking over the car with Jon we came to the conclusion that its not just the front of the chassis that is bent, eyeballing where they bodyshell lines up against the front axle arm, its quite twisted just behind the front axle also, so new chassis is the only real way to go with this.

So, some initial contact has been made about a new Ami chassis to the appropriate person, you all know who that is im sure :)

Think its fair to say, no one wants to see a car like this broken these days.
