hey looks good nice and weathered
me and the wife have just about finished a 1969 mehari we have no abs doors on ours
so we have full hight vinyl doors with clear insert
and was wondering what if anything holds the top of your door near the roof line in place when shut?

Hi. At the back is a little rubber hook that you tie up with a sstrap that is attached to the roof crossbar. Let's see some pictures of your car!

Ah - that explains why the doors always flapped and self-opened on the motorway with my old one. Nothing like that.

I just used a couple of bungees from the roof centre bar, into some of the many thread-bare bits on the door tops.
