I played with the throttle.
So probably it had too much petrol than ?

That is fantastic. I bet you are happy.  I hope the Dutch MOT is as tough as the French one  Can't wait to start mine at the end of the summer, so wait for the barrage of questions

Where they parked it in the showroom . According to the mecanics working there it has a lot of attention of several costumers and passers-by. The people of the garage want to keep it  There is a mechanic who used to work for a Citroen dealer before he started to work for this garage . Now he is a pensioner, but still working in that garage for a few hours a week. And he is doing the MOT inspection. |

It failed MOT  There was too much clearance for the LH kingpin, and ( I did not know there should be) there were no dustcovers over the steeringrod-end-levers. So I am going to get it back from the garage ( when the snow and salt have vanished ) and i will solve the problem.  This kingpin is the one i did not replace, the other one had much more clearance, and i really thought this side was in oke.

That is being a bit picky - sure the retired citroen mechanic is still qualified. But at least it is not too bad and you can sort it quick. |
