Just re read my earlier post so to correct my original dash split where the screen posts slot in not the new one split.The dash section was ABS not fibreglass but the strength is really from the steel frame the panels are theatre

There's no stipulation that it should be the nearest test centre, but if the Dibble stopped you, I think they might consider you were be pushing it ever so slightly with an overnight stop.

Isn't one of the places you're allowed to drive it to 'a place to carry out repairs' or something similar? It used to be written on the back of the old mots? I'm sure some know-it-all will want to argue that point though. Anyway, when are you going to screw that D*lly back together?

I hope you're not thinking of changing the rear lights for summat similar to your van?
