@ Jameswallace, I agree that Louise and Scott should get themselves checked but you do realise that compensation doesn't fix the pain and that the money has to come from somewhere don't you? The money comes from insurance companies meaning that to recoup that money, they put our premiums up.

You'll learn one day James that the way we've turned into a "no win, no fee"/"where there's a blame, there's a claim" type society (like the US) has also cost us all dearly in the fun department ultimately and constantly curtails our enjoyment!

referring back to this previous discussion on insurance, any tips on how many £s to pitch a claim for Betty's 'no fault' accident?

After being attacked by the Spaz Chariot and when he finally admitted liability i got all my no claims and excess back. Plus due to injurys that i sustained i got a nice tidy sum.

It did take a while but got something in the end, and tbh it was alot more then expected. if i had not gone to the doctors after and got checked out and then had months of physio think id have got bugger all.
