So here we are, pictures.............

If you know 2CV's (which i guess we mostly do on here) then they will be all too familar as 'areas needing attention' Dont get me wrong,im not moaning or getting at anyone, just it seems i now have the 'usual suspects' to take care of.
He is the first 2CV i've driven in years who's roof just doesnt fit, the gale blowing in at the front was truly epic and it happened to bring a fair bit of rain with it, hmmmmmmm damp :?

Mylo drives very well, his engine and gearbox are lovely, feeling very willing, the suspension needs a good checking and lubricationg as its a bit noisy. again usual 2CV suspects :)

Now for the pics....

Image Inner wings and boot floor are surprisingly good, considering how they often are.

Image Screen surround and bonnet hinge are going to need doing in the next couple of years for sure.

Passenger footwell, the welding acceptable in a 'patched' way on this side.

Image But someones having a laugh about this side. (comic book guy from simpsons voice) " Worst patching, EVER!"
Somone obviously liked it well enough for it to be MOT able though.

ImageWorst sill corner, all 4 corners will need 'fettling' for the next test i should think.

Ive been harsh with the pics, overall he is solid and he's got a very solid aftermarket chassis, if i had to guess at its origin, id possibly say a non galvo GW chassis. He drives better than he looks, which is always nice, needs tyres hood and some TLC really.

Matt, what's that bonnet like? If it's good, fancy swapping it for a good red one? :?:

haha of course... up until a couple of months ago I'm even sure it still had the bottled stella sticker's up the side.
