Due to personal circumstances the ring trip was blown of...

Anyway with some airsupport I did both shockabsorbers in less then an hour.

O its save so much time with the bolts that don't cooperate. But just use it to make them loose and do the rest with a rattle, otherwise you might risk breaking the head.

I'm working on the rear shockabsorbers right now but I don't have my Haynes around, can anybody provide me with the right torque settings? Btw, the whole procedure is practically jack the back up, bolt off and bolt on I assume?

Although it looks like fake leather it are actually bituminous plates, they seem to work quite good. It takes quite some time to make a cardboard mock-up and cut it out but it's really satisfying work to do.

She's safe and sound in my shed. Getting the galva ready for the raid has my prio now...

I've got some old engines to practise refurbishing on, I want to do those first before I make some clusterfuck on the Ami.
