Thnx all for the compliments!

I think in Voorschoten there are about between 10 and 30 owners (I know of about 6 cars wher they 'live' ;) ) but is was not my driveway. and I live on the other side of Voorschoten than pointed out in the pic.

greetzzzzzzz

Wow thats a lot of 2cv owners for a smallish town. Its a shame it wasn't yours as that would have been an awesome coincidence. Voorschoten and leiden are both beautiful places, I hope i will get another chance to visit, as my last was an amazing weekend.

you're always welcome to drop by for a cup of tea or a beer!

    greetzzzzzzzzzzz

I really like the way you've used front wings at the back, the curves look great. I think its got a really good thirties vibe going on :)

thnx, work has stopped since a few weeks, my parents needed 'some' help at home, they're redoing their garden, including about 250 square meters pavement (driveway with bricks) and still not finished...

hope to continue in 2 weeks. I'll keep you guys upsdated!

Wow, Rusty - that is cracking work.

It takes a lot more than just practical skill to do what you are doing - you need to have a 'eye' for how it's going to turn out, for it to look balanced and right (witness all the shockingly bad attempts at 2CV customising on eBay...). And your pick-up does look right.

How do you plan this - do you make sketches beforehand?

    Anyways, hats off.
