had a long drive today with the 83. These are really great little machines. I did put the special 1960s gala wheelrings on it for an oldtimer expo tomorrow. Those are very rare because they are made of a very flimsy plastic like that of a packet of butter....

The 83s screen washer stopped working. It turned out the pump got blocked. I put an other but i am trying to free the old one up in the utrasonic cleaner.

Yes the push button type. The other freed up after 4 passes in the ultra sonic cleaner.

fully submerged in the water. I think the valves get stuck with dirt.

I add some cleaning vinegar to the water. I use lukewarm and leave the pump some time in. The water cools down,I know, but I think starting with lukewarm water is better .

I am a fan of using white vinegar for things. I'm careful to avoid metal sometimes though. Depending, sometimes it doesn't matter. Use it all the time in the house. Not really on cars though actually.
