My Dreg is the double of yours in fact it was probably in a worse state than yours was, a bit of work and its been a fantastic car and has been all over. Not being anything special i don t have to be precious about it and just use it like it was ment to be abused

Update on work lately: New floor ans sill came this week so i can get on. Pictures are follows, Other than that i have been lazy and weather not been to good so i am buliding a workshop to do it in anyweather.

Just a little advice,
If the floors were rotten, then you *will* need to change the sills, and a lot of the rear heel section. I'd have thought the bulkhead is probably shagged aswell. Instead of chiseling the floors out you're better off bracing between the door posts, fore and aft, and side to side (diagonally I find works best) and cutting all the floors and sills out. this means you're able to repair the usual rear seat box ends, bulkhead and A/Cpillar bits and then when you refit the body the floors can be bolted to the chassis and welded in place on the car, followed by the sills.
That's more or less how I do it, anyways.

Sort of yer but i have no recent ohotos yet. Basically the sill is in and the floor lined up but not welded to sill yet. Been doing the van as well. Trying to do 2 cars at the same time is about me.
