I'll take the wings off when my 99p brake shoes arrive from ebay. Hopefully they'll fit my Citroen, rather than the citreon that they were advertised for! ah ha ha ha. Good job I need rear shoes too....

Passed the mot retest this morning! Rick Pembro came past and adjusted the brakes, helicoiled the leaking oil union and fitted a new gaiter.

 Re: 1975 2cv
Wow - a whole year has passed. Not quite ready for MOT, but over the summer I've fitted a new sill and sprayed some paint about a bit:

 Re: 1975 2cv
Are the bumper rubber inserts salvagable?

 Re: 1975 2cv
need to decide if I want standard bumpers or tubular ones. I fitted a rear tube, mainly cos it was cheaper than buying two bumper mounts. but I have a spare blade somewhere. Both need painting, though, cos the previous owner of the bumpers decided they should be cream and not grey. Weirdo.
