Paying the INVIGILATORS might be marginally less fruitful. Only marginally, since all they do is put 'em in an envelope and send 'em to the exam authorities.

I've heard tesco fuel can be dodgey - prefer Esso. Anyway, Hetty's throwing oil everywhere see the thread in the tech section!

Re: Belgian built 1969 AK350 'Hetty'
I built a bed It's bound to evolve but this is the quick and dirty MK1. MK2 will be more elegant and hopefully have storage underneath. For now, this will suffice Finally got around to scanning that picture of the van pre 1991 restoration. This work was carried out by Craig Horner from Milford Haven. He bought it for £40 and spent £3000 on it. The welding was done by 'Citroen Specialists.' How they managed to mess up the welding so much I'm not sure - parts of it are really on the wonk. There's some odd things in this image. The engine is clearly different, sporting a Dyane/Ami 'turbo' and heat exchangers that clearly wouldn't connect to the ducts on the bulkhead. The carb also seems to be an 'oval' type. Is that an m28 sitting there? If so, why did he replace it with an M4? Or is it an Ami engine that's since been 'adjusted' to look like a standard early M4 with older heat exchangers? Feel free to discuss... Full story from 1991 practical classics clickable below.

That's a dyane/ami engine and by the looks of it an ami6/350 gearbox with the bigger drums, doesn't it now have smaller drums?
