Nice! France must be full of AMI 6 hehe....
Do you know if it's difficult to find a windscreen for these cars?

Do you know if it's difficult to find a windscreen for these cars? Not really sure about the windscreen but France have plenty of Ami’s floating around. It is all new to us, so we are learning lots of new things. If you want the windscreen from the green Ami 6, I’m happy to pull it out and bring it to the world meeting?

Re: Ami 6
I shall look and take some photos. I think EirikJ is also looking for a door. Which ones are you after?

Re: Ami 6
I could do with all four if they are good and straight. Which door is Eirikj after?

Re: Ami 6
No worries. Complete doors, trim and glass etc or just the raw doors? The dressing is missing or f..... on some of the doors.

Re: Ami 6
I could do with all of it, but if it's just the bare steel that would be a good help!

Re: Ami 6
Ami 6 Break (up) Well our first Ami 6 is a disaster so we will break her up for bits. I planned to move gear box and engine over to our red Ami 6 but the gear box is buggered. Look at the light brown oil just full of water. This is what happens when driving in rainy condition without changing the oil every 6 month. Water gets in at the vertical gearlever sipping through the boot. Also it is a 2CV 4 box… not very suited for a heavy Ami. The clutch pressure bearing had collapsed. It is obvious that this Ami never was looked after but driven in to the ground, literally. Please let me know if you want anything. I will take photos to show you. Seats are sold, engine I’m not sure about, will strip it soon. All sliding door window seal are not for sale; need them for the red Ami. The body is in good shape, rear boot door is good. Door has plenty of dents in the them + some rust. Bonnet good, front mudguards reasonable no rust. Rear are gone. Springs pots are not Ami but Acadiane and very good. This is just a few items.
