well if i were you id get checked out in hosp if u havent already, asif you where to claim wiplash, and you aint been to hospital they will probs say on ya bike! why not buy a betty2 ? well if u had your foot on the brake and you went forward that much and did that much damage it must of been a large impact!

Good to hear you're both ok, a car can be replaced, a life can't. I doubt the handbrake would of helped TBH.

After being attacked by the Spaz Chariot and when he finally admitted liability i got all my no claims and excess back. Plus due to injurys that i sustained i got a nice tidy sum. It did take a while but got something in the end, and tbh it was alot more then expected. if i had not gone to the doctors after and got checked out and then had months of physio think id have got bugger all.
