Well, I have finally done it. Mine and vicks last day of work is the 30th. Ferry booked for 8th April 4.00am. Destination Ukraine.

Currently don't have an MOT the Van is over at Pete Sparrows having a bit of TLC. It was in need of a rear arm bearing.

I think we have pretty much everything. One thing I am looking for is a PO style bumper. I need something that will take a beating. Does anyone have something or know of anything like the following

Best to check the other rear arm bearing, as vans seem to give those a bit of a hard time.
On that Acadiane which drove back to the UK from Australia in 1996/97, the rear axle bearings collapsed in India and replacements had to be sent out.
Mind you, it had been grossly overloaded, with a cast iron sauna device amongst the 'essentials' on board... :lol:

that ones biggest problem is/was some sort of crackpot Eastern Philosopy that "the universe will sort out your troubles" - which in reality someone else skins their knuckles for little thanks cause you couldn't be arsed :lol:
