 All of the sills are welded and the ends cut down and capped off and cut down, the front jack points have been removed and smoothed out as per the rear....

 Its great to get all of the nasty sections out of the shell and get it solid again, the rear boot floor needs some ribbing added to the underside and then it will be time to get the body back onto the chassis and workout all of the air suspension and cut down the front inner wings...

Hells yeah! I know there is a lot of discussion and good information in THIS THREAD, but I guess you may already know it! I can't remember how Nico overcame the tie rod running through the center of the spring, and I'm to busy to read the thread atm! Harley

He didn't, he uses push pistons.... but not as we now it... he lets the air in at the "wrong" side of the cilinder.... so he has made the inlet where normally the outlet is....

Razor yes....a rusty one  the underside has been fully bare metalled and zinc coated and i am now in the process of sealing all the seams, it will soon be time to get the shell back on the chassis and workout the air suspension...
