What boats do you get from New Zealand?

We get boats from Mackay boats in Auckland.

Not many as not many people buy boats these days byt we still get them over

Difficult though . You can't just ship one over. It isn't worth it so we have to do 4 a time

Chasis is now coming together,slowly but surely

How far off is the 4x4 from being ready for off road tests?

You could eat your breakfast off that! Looking really good.

Its progressing well, but the list of things to do is still quite long..
I guess maybe 6 months?

Had a list in my head but here goes.

Body, turn upside down again.
Weld floors/sills, patch rear body in about 6 places.
Maybe reinforce the sills? as they are quite vulnerable
Make recesses in NEW toe board for front springs.
Fit Body to chassis
Make mounts on chassis for engine and gearbox.
Finish middle prop.
Clutch -- Cable or Hydraulic?,
Gear change mounting.
May turn Carb thru 180, so that the choke and and accelerator cables face the other way.
Make longer cables for above
Make rear facing exhaust
Seats mounts
Make 2nd seat
Steering Column with UJ's to rack.
Wiring + lights + dash
Fit solid roof.
Rear tailgate?
Brake Lines
Middle floors with transmission tunnel.
Firewall and engine cover with large vents
Fuel tank
Fill with oil, fuel
Fit ignition
Try engine as yet unknown
Doors + glass.
Paint Body + Doors £

Thanks to Sam,I now have a lovely glass jar for the brake master cylinder


And while at registers day,I found that the elusive black box I am looking for,is in fact grey


So if any one sees one on their travels,I need one!!!!!

Also need one of these,I've lost one


So its coming together slowly.Just one suspension can to go on,then I can put the shocks and wheels on and the chasiss is finished.
Then its of to Graham in Cornwall to get the floors fitted.

So,the chassis is done,now its of to work to have the body put back on,then its off to Cornwall
