Thanks for the comments guys. It took a fair amount to put her back on the road. A lot of effort from my mechanic brother I must say!
Structurely, she was/is very sound. Its still on an original chassis which is very solid to my surprise. I had to put an O/S floor and sill in. Plus, N/S front floor.
Other stuff like hood, bumpers, vent flap, couple of good doors, better bonnet, etc.
Then just your run of the mill bits and pieces like kingpins, handbrake pads, bloody good service! and a set of points & condensor last weekend.
Theres still a smile on my face when I drive it, so it can't be too bad. That said I think I may have to try and sell her shortly, as I have just bought an early CX that needs quite a bit of attention and I'd like to get the drum braker on the road, maybe the D*lly can go some way to fund that. But I guess thats a post for a different section.
