Nice job. I had an oil leak on my 2cv in france once. It came through the oil pressure switch. I was on a camping in france. Lucky the citroen head dealer of the region still had one new sender in stock...

Other jobs to do include replacing the sound deadening on the firewall and cavity protection. The car sounds great when I've got these in :D

The old 2cv has only 3mm felt on the inside of the firewall, i don't think it's too loud...

So I bought this from ECAS, it's by Burton.
Comes with a bracket for the electric socket, J clips, bolts and washers.

It fits where the bumper brackets live and I had to drill four holes (two each side) to make it fit Ken's SLC chassis. Took me an hour and a bit longer to wire it up, was a a bit tricky holding the tow bracket and the bumper whilst engaging the bolts but hey...

Looks tidy, now ready to go and collect the trailer I've bought from ebay, and Erde 102. It's only 75 miles away in Pershore Worcestershire.
:)

Well done, i used the jack to push the tow hook to the chassis while bolting it on.
My dad always had a tennis ball on the tow hook and nobody played tennis. The dog came home with tennis balls sometime. never knew where he found that... ;-)
