there is a firm in the us that makes copper head gaskets on measure.

Well, that shows its not to uncommon. I'll try making my own. Always seem To have an issue with the exhaust manifold blowing, so thought it may be more resilient. :)

Ecas do a copper one. I used it but it didn't do any good for my endlessly blowing manifold.
Timeserts were the way forward for me. Not put in by me, crucially....

I dont recall ecas doing a copper exhaust gasket! They do a 'carbon fibre' gasket, or copper plated nuts, but cant see a copper gasket. :)

I've installed the MAP pipe over the last few days. The sensor is on the ECU, and there is a pipe to the manifold.

MAP at idle is hovering around 55 kpa which is quite high.

Do you have the right sensor configered in the software???

Is it around 100 when the engine doesn,t run.. (100 is the airpressure)..

Yes, I'm sure its correctly configured.

What MAP do you get at idle? That will give me a target to aim for. :)

There is a different sensor in the drop down list. I will try it tomorrow. :)
