Am I the only one who noticed the missing wipers,even when the purchaser paid £10,000 for the finished (but not quite) car? Oddly enough he was motoring a journalist !!! I enjoyed the program shame the paint job was not as factory though.

Fantastic - I was thinking exactly the same last Monday when I drove the 120Km to Pau.
Anticipating the corners, looking for the downhill, contemplating changing to 2nd on the incline.
I thought, these roads a so quiet today until I went around a bend and caught the traffic que behind me in my shaky little wing mounted mirror.
Can't wait until I get mine back as that drive was the best - and now I have proved it will go the distance, there is no stopping me now..... except age.... and death

This film was made by a neighbour of mine in (I think) 1971, when he was finding the local French squire's habit of blasting away at pheasants a bit much.
There's a nice working AZU 250 from 02.42, an immaculate H-van being used for an unusual purpose at 9.30, and a brief view of a DS. And note the gamekeeper's smart uniform.
The director, Walerian Borowczyk, made his reputation with less feathery birds.
